This is a simple recipe that we found online when we were in college. It is still one of our top go to meals.
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons butter
1 lb. chicken (I just use one chicken breast)
2 c. mushrooms (optional)
1 med. onion chopped (I usually just use part of an onion)
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. egg noodles
2 c. mushrooms (optional)
1 med. onion chopped (I usually just use part of an onion)
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. egg noodles
Directions:
Cook pasta just short of al dente.
Cook the chicken in the butter. Once the chicken is done, remove the chicken and saute the vegetables.
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Cook till boiling. Mix in the chicken and cooked pasta.
Enjoy!
