This recipe is so tasty and delicious! I like to use this when we are traveling.
- 4 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Mix and marinate the first five ingredients overnight.
- 1 can mandarin oranges 4 oz.
- 1 15 oz. can pineapple
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 cups halved grapes
The next morning add the rest of the ingredients. You can serve this on lettuce or as a wrap. This stores well for a few days if kept cold.
