Sweet Dinner Rolls

2 Tablespoons dry yeast (2 packages)              1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm water                                          1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon sugar                                          2 eggs, beaten
                         1 cup milk                                                         3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
                         1/4 cup margarine

Sprinkle dry yeast over warm water then stir in 1 Tablespoon sugar. Set aside for 5 minutes. Scald milk. Stir in margarine to melt and cool. Pour into a large bowl. Mix in sugar, beaten eggs, and salt. Blend in dissolved yeast. Stir in enough flour until dough leaves the side of the bowl clean. Put in greased bowl, cover. Let rise one hour until double in bulk. Punch down and shape your dinner rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 20 mintues. Makes 2 to 3 dozen rolls.

Clover Leaf Rolls
I love this roll because they look so fancy but they are so easy to make!
Shape dough into three small-to-medium sized balls.

Put the three balls together and pinch them at the bottom

Put your roll into a muffin tin to cook and taa-daa! You have some great looking rolls to serve for dinner.
