Ingredients:
Garlic seasoning
1 1/2 lb round steak cut into thin bite size strips
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms washed & sliced
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 to 1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup sour cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook the Meat
I used stew meat instead of steak, which can be very tough, so I cook it in the crock pot for about 7 hours on low to make sure the meat is tender. I seasoned the meat with onions, salt, pepper & garlic seasoning.
Saute onions & mushrooms in oil. Set aside.
Drain drippings from the meat into a skillet. Heat to boiling. Mix flour with about 1c. water in a separate container (mix well to avoid lumps!). Add to drippings, stirring constantly, to make gravy. Add 1 c. sour cream, onions, mushrooms, salt & peper. Once everything is mixed, add meat.
Drain noodles & add to gravy mixture.
Enjoy!
