Growing up, my mother liked to coordinate the food we ate to match the holiday . On St. Patrick’s day, everything was green. Valentines Day red, white, pink, and heart shaped.
Every Valentines Day we would wake up to pink heart shaped pancakes- what a way to start off your day!
I will be continuing the tradition this year. I use the same Pancake Recipe, then add 3 drops of red food coloring.
Start your families day off with a little love.
