This is a great crock pot dish. It is simple to prepare and very filling.
Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast per person
2 Slices of Bacon per person
1 Medium Potatoe per person sliced
1 Carrot per person sliced
1 to 2 Onions Diced
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup for every 2 to 3 people
1 Can Sprite (or sugar water) for every 2 to 3 people
1 to 2 eggs
Flour
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut the bacon into small pieces & cook in a frying pan till brown. Then place in the bottom of the crock pot.
Mix Flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a seperate bowl. Dip chicken breasts in egg, then coat in flour mixture. Then brown in frying pan.
Slice Potatoes, Carrots, and Onions & place in crock pot. Place browned chicken on top.
Mix Cream of Chicken soup & Sprite & pour on top of the mixture.
Cook 3-4 hours on low, or until vegetables are tender & chicken is fully cooked.
