Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch clove
1 cup milk
1/3 cup pumpkin
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Add dry and wet ingredients. Cook on sprayed griddle. Makes (6) 6 inch pancakes.
I am a huge breakfast fan, and I love these pancakes. My husband likes topping them with whipped cream.
