This is one of my favorite deserts for 3 reasons:
1st- It is chocolate
2nd- It is cheap
3rd- It is super easy!
Ingredients:
1 Chocolate Cake (I use a mix)
1 8oz. Whipped Cream
2 Small Packages Chocolate Puddings (1.5 oz.)
1 Candy Bar Chopped (Optional)
Bake a plain chocolate cake. Once cake has cooled, cut into small pieces & place about 1/2 into dish.
Mix chocolate pudding & poor over cake layer. Carefully place a layer of whipped cream over pudding layer. I place spoon fulls of whipped cream all over the top, then spread it into an even layer. This keeps the pudding & whipping cream separate.
Repeat the layers- cake, pudding, whipped cream. This time sprinkle the candy bar pieces on top.
Enjoy!
