I saw this picture on Pinterest and knew I had to have it for my birthday. I love ice cream. My wonderful mother came and helped me make it.
This delicious ice cream pie has an oreo crust, 3 layers of ice cream (vanilla, cookies & cream, and chocolate chip cookie dough), a layer of sliced banana, a layer of chocolate fudge sauce, and is topped with whipped cream and fudge sauce. Is your mouth watering yet? (Sorry about the lighting & color in the picture. Our walls are actually white…)

It may not look as pretty as the magazine version, but it was delicious!
Ingredients for Our Version:
Note: I chose our two favorite ice cream flavors for the top flavors. You could switch those up to your liking.
1 Oreo Pie Crust (We made ours)
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 banana
1/2 cup fudge sauce
2 cups cookies & cream ice cream
2-3 cups chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
Whipped Cream (We used the spray can)
Oreo Pie Crust:
1/2 package Oreos (or store brand) crushed
2 Tablespoons butter
Mix crushed Oreos and butter. Press into pie plate. Bake in oven at 350 for 5 min. Let cool.
Directions:
Place the vanilla ice cream in the bottom of the oreo crust.
Cover with sliced bananas. Then spread chocolate fudge layer (save a little for the top).
Next place the cookies & cream ice cream over the sauce.
Using a cookie scoop, place round scoops of cookie dough ice cream on top. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate fudge.
Enjoy!
