If you like to buy fresh foods coming straight from the grower you might want to take a look at the Bulk and Natural Foods website.
I ordered apples in September and Squash from them and I was very impressed with the quality and price of the products. The apples came in a huge box about 30 to 40 pounds we’ve been eating lots-they are so good! There is still half a drawer full in the bottom of the refrigerator. I bought the Fuji apples and mostly ate them fresh minus some I used to make apple crisp.
There is an open apple order right now, this is the last apple order of the season, along with sea salt, coconut oil, pecans and more. Keep in mind the apples come out to about $28 a box with processing fees, etc. The deadline for this order will be Monday, December 5th at 8:00 am. The pick-up time for most locations will be Friday, December 9th.
