Schnucks Shopping Guide

Schnucks is one of the easiest place to shop at because it has a very simple coupon policy with not a whole lot of extras like the e-coupons. I have had some great shopping trips at Schnucks, but the great deals don’t come as often as other stores. Most of their regular prices are A LOT higher than other stores, so don’t shop at Schnucks unless you’re shopping sales and coupons! Their customer service is terrific.

Coupon Policy

Schnucks in the Memphis, Tennessee area double coupons up to $0.60. They accept internet printables as long as they scan. Schnucks will not accept internet printable coupons over $5.00 or any “FREE” coupons. Schnucks will accept any coupon along as it states Manufacturer Coupon on the top-this includes Catalina coupons from Kroger and Walgreens! This could vary by store.

Schnucks Coupon Policy E-mailed to Me

Thank you for your message regarding coupon polices in our Mid South
stores. We are always happy to hear from our customers.

As you mentioned, we do double manufacturers coupons at our stores
valued at $0.60 or less.

In a more general sense, we only allow one coupon per item, offer no
cash refunds if the coupon exceeds the cost of the item and reserve the
right to limit quantities so that all of our customers can be assured of
items being in stock.  For all Buy One Get One Free offers there is a
limit of 2 free items with the purchase of 2.

We will accept internet/home-printed coupons according to the guidelines
below:

• As with all manufacturer’s coupons, only one coupon per item can be
• applied.
• Internet/home-printed coupons for FREE products will not be accepted.
• Internet/home-printed coupons with a value greater than $5.00 will not
• be accepted.

We reserve the right to decline acceptance of any coupon that does not
appear to be an original and/or any coupon that does not scan properly.

Schnucks Products
Schnucks carries more specialty items than other stores, so if you are looking for something unique there’s a good possibility Schnucks sells it. Keep in mind that some of the items in their weekly ad are not available in all stores, for example the Prairie Farms dairy products. Prairie Farm products come from a local farm in the St. Louis area so these products are not available at all Schnucks locations.

Percent Off Specials
Schnucks has % Off Specials, similar to Maganer’s Special at Kroger, look for the orange and white tag as seen in the picture above. I was able to use a $1.00 off Perdue coupon with this special and pay only $0.50 for the ground chicken! Watch for the tags as you shop. Some stores will have a special area dedicated to clearanced items. I have found these areas mostly near the back by the public restrooms.

Accu-price Guarantee
Schnucks guarantees that if any product scans at a price higher than indicated on the shelf tag, on the sign, or on a pre-priced product, we will give you the item FREE of charge. Limit one free item per pricing error; we will adjust the price on additional purchases. Offer excludes tobacco, alcohol and milk products where prohibited by law.

Prescription Program

• FREE select generic oral antibiotic prescriptions
• FREE generic prescription prenatal vitamins
• $4 30-day and $10 90-day select generic prescriptions

Beginning January 18th all 103 Schnucks Pharmacies began offering 13 of the most often prescribed vitamins absolutely FREE. Customers must present a valid prescription for selected prenatal vitamins.  The targeted prenatal vitamins are free regardless of insurance provider; however, the list of covered drugs is subject to change based on availability.  These will be limited to a 30-day supply per visit but all refills are free as well.

Free generic oral antibiotic prescriptions are good for up to a 21-day supply. Does not include injectible antibiotics. Prescription is free regardless of insurance provider. Certain generic drugs are not covered under this program in select states due to state laws.
